제주도에 여행을 왔으니, 회는 먹어줘야지!

Since I traveled to Jeju Island, I have to eat raw fish!

 

그런데 독립서점도 오랜만에 가고 싶어 찾아보니 동쪽에 가수 '요조'님이 운영하시는 곳이 있다 해서 여행 코스가 뜬금없이 동쪽이 되었습니다.

But I wanted to go to Independence Bookstore after a long time, so I looked for it and found out that there was a place run by singer 'YOZOH' on the east side, so the travel course suddenly became the east side

 

동쪽의 식당을 찾아보다 이색 메뉴가 돋보이는 성산일출봉 그리고 섭지코지 사이에 있는 숙성 회 맛집 성산 타쿠마스시를 예약했답니다.
While looking for a restaurant in the east, I booked at <Seongsan takuma sushi> which has a unique menu, a raw fish restaurant located between Seongsan Ilchulbong and Seopjikoji.

성산 타쿠마스시는 제주도 동쪽에 있고, 호텔 출신 셰프가 직접 운영하는 숙성 회 전문점이에요.

Seongsan takuma sushi is located on the east side of Jeju Island and is a restaurant specializing in aged raw fish run by a chef from the hotel.

 

제가 방문한 날에는 사람이 많지 않아서 예약하지 않은 분들도 금방 앉을 수 있었지만 그래도 자리가 많은 편이 아니라서 아래 링크에서 예약하고 가시는 것을 추천합니다.

On the day I visited, there were not many people, so even those who didn't make a reservation were able to get a seat quickly, but since there aren't many seats, I recommend making a reservation at the link below.

성산 타쿠마스시 방문 시 주차는 가게 바로 앞 주차장이나 바로 옆 별도 주차장(타쿠마 고객 전용)에 주차가 가능하며 약 12대 정도 공간이 있어요.

When visiting Seongsan takuma sushi, parking is available in the parking lot right in front of the store or in a separate parking lot (only for Takuma customers) right next to it, and there are about 12 spaces.

 

적지 않은 공간이기 때문에 주차 걱정은 하지 않으셔도 될 것 같습니다. ㅎㅎ

There are plenty of parking spaces, so you don't have to worry about parking.

컨테이너로 만든 가게라서 내부도 꽤 투박할 것 같다는 첫인상.

Since it is a store made of containers, my first impression was that the interior would be quite rough.

 

그러나 두 면에 모두 창이 있어 내부가 밝고, 우드로 따뜻한 분위기가 느껴지면서, 철제 아이템이 분위기를 살짝 눌러 전체적으로 고급스러운 느낌입니다.

However, there are windows on both sides, so the interior is bright, the wood creates a warm atmosphere, and the iron item slightly presses the atmosphere to give the overall luxurious feeling.

 

부끄러워서 내부 사진은 못 찍었지만요.

내부 홀은 넓지 않습니다.

The inside hall is not wide.

 

4인석 3개, 2인석 2개, 바 테이블이 있고, 저는 조금 구석에 있는 4인석에 앉았어요.

There are three four seats, two two seats, and a bar table, and We sat in a four-person seat in the corner a little bit.

 

바로 옆이 큰 통창이라 분위기가 너무 좋았어요!

There was a big window right next to it, so the atmosphere was great!

 

이런 자리를 동생이랑 앉다니 조금 아쉽군요(?)

It's a bit disappointing that you're sitting here with my younger brother.. I hope with my husband ...

 

 

보통 초밥집에 오면 단무지와 락교만 기본 밑반찬으로 나오는 편인데 생강 절임, 백김치까지 기본으로 주십니다.

Usually, when you go to a sushi restaurant, only pickled radish and rock kyo are served as basic side dishes, but they give also serve pickled ginger and white kimchi as standard.

 

샐러드와 톳과 새우, 된장국과 카프리제까지.

From Salad, Sea weed fusiforme and shrimp, doenjang soup and caprije.

 

기본 밑반찬만 봐도 고급 스시집 느낌이 팍팍 나니 분위기 내러 오기에 정말 좋을 듯합니다.

Just looking at the basic side dishes gives you the feel of a high-end sushi restaurant, so it would be a great place to set the mood.

 

 

스시와 우동, 덮밥, 스페셜 메뉴가 있고 주류도 종류가 아주 다양하답니다.

There are sushi, udon, rice bowls, special menus, and a wide variety of alcoholic beverages.

저희는 광치기 해초 냉파스타와 제주고등어찐빵, 타쿠마한그릇을 주문했어요.

We ordered Seafood Oil Pasta(cold) and Jeju Mackerel Sandwich, A Bowl of Takuma.

 

 

저희가 주문할 때 고등어회가 하나만 남았다 해서 고등어 초밥과 고민하다가 이색 메뉴를 먹어보자 해서 주문해 봤어요.

When we ordered, we said that there was only one set of mackerel sashimi left. So I thought about between mackerel sushi and Jeju Mackerel Sandwich, and chose Jeju Mackerel Sandwich, a unique menu.

 

튀김과 고사리, 고등어가 들어간 찐빵이에요.

It’s a sandwich with fried, bracken, and mackerel.

 

살면서 이런 음식은 생전 처음인데 비주얼도 신기하고 놀랍습니다.

This is my first time eating food like this in my life, and the visuals are Surprising and amazing!

 

 

찐빵은 하마보 찐빵이라는 데 엄청 쫄깃하고 튀김 같은 거랑 고사리가 들어있어서 식감이 좋아요.

The steamed buns in Sandwich are Hamabo steamed buns, and they are very chewy and contain something like fried and bracken, so they have a good texture.

 

소스도 두 종류가 있어서 취향대로 먹을 수 있어요.

There are two types of sauce, so you can eat it according to your taste.

 

다만 아쉬운 점은 고등어회가 좀 비려서 비린 것에 살짝 강한 저는 4~5조각 먹었지만 남동생은 하나 먹고 못 먹겠다고 하네요.

What was disappointing was that the mackerel sashimi was fishy. So I ate 4-5 pieces, but my younger brother ate one and couldn't eat it.

 

비린 것에 예민하신 분들은 먹기 힘드실 듯합니다.

It will be difficult for those who are sensitive to fishy things to eat.

 

 

다양한 해산물이 들어간 덮밥입니다.

This is a rice bowl with various seafood.

 

연어 회, 새우, 문어 등이 들어가 있고 밥과 비비지 않고 따로 드시는 것이 가장 맛있게 드시는 방법입니다.

It contains raw salmon, shrimp, and octopus, and the best way to enjoy it is to eat it separately without mixing it with rice.

 

밥과 회, 양파절임과 연어 알, 와사비를 숟가락에 얹어 한입 드시면 됩니다.

You can take a bite of rice, sashimi, pickled onions, salmon roe, and wasabi on a spoon.

 

싱싱한 회의 향이 너무 좋고, 짭조름한 연어 알이 터지는 맛이 아주 좋아요.

I love the scent of fresh sashimi, and I love the taste of the salty salmon roe bursting.

 

개인적으로 타쿠마스시에서 가장 맛있었습니다.

Personally, it was the most delicious in TAKUMA SUSHI.

 

 

광치기 해초 파스타는 일반 파스타보다 면이 아주 얇아서 들기름과 잘 어울렸어요.

The  Seafood Oil Pasta was very thin in noodles than regular pasta, so it went well with perilla oil.

 

해초 씹히는 것도 좋았고, 해산물도 싱싱하고요.

It was good to chew seaweed, and the seafood was fresh.

 

다만 제 입맛에는 살짝 싱거워서 조금 아쉽습니다.

However, it's a bit disappointing because it's a little bland for my taste.

마지막 후식으로 수제 카스테라를 주십니다.

For the final dessert, they serve homemade castella.

 

설레는 마음에 사진을 찍는 것도 잊고 바로 입속에 넣어 버렸네요. ㅠㅠ

I was so excited that I forgot to take a picture and just put it in my mouth.

 

부드럽고 고소해서 밥그릇으로 먹고 싶었어요.

It was so soft and savory that I wanted to eat it with rice.

 

남동생과 오기에는 분위기가 너무 좋았던 성산 타쿠마스시 리뷰였습니다.

It was a review of <Seongsan Takuma sushi>, where the atmosphere was too good to come with my younger brother.

 

제주도로 여행 및 데이트하실 때 방문해 보시기 좋을 것 같아요.

I think it would be a good place to visit when traveling or dating in Jeju Island.
