제주도에 여행을 간 이유가 사실은 자격증 시험을 제주로 신청한 동생 때문인데요.
The reason I went on a trip to Jeju Island is because of my younger brother who applied for a certificate test to Jeju Island.
그래서 아침 일찍부터 쏘카를 빌려서 시험장까지 데려다주고 저는 한라대학교 앞에 있는 카페 씨커seeker에 가게 되었어요.
So I rented a Socar early in the morning and took him to the test site, and I went to the cafe Seeker in front of Halla University.
이른 시간부터 오픈한 카페는 여기밖에 없더라고요.
This is the only cafe that opened early.

골목 길가에 차를 주차하셔도 되고 주말에는 인근 공영주차장이 무료이니 공영주차장 이용도 추천해요.
You can park your car on the side of the cafe alley and the nearby public parking lot is free on weekends, so I recommend using the public parking lot.

내부는 화이트와 우드로 깔끔하고 초록색 포인트가 있어서 내부 인테리어가 예뻐요.
The interior is clean with white and wood and has green accents, making the interior pretty.
통창이 있어 작은 카페지만 좁아 보이지 않아요.
It's a small cafe, but it doesn't look cramped because it has a barrel window.
여자 사장님께서 맞이해 주셨는데 덩달아 기분 좋아질 정도로 웃으며 응대해 주셨어요.
The female owner welcomed me, and she responded with a smile. so made me feel so good.
아침부터 아메리카노를 마시기 부담돼서 고민하다가 추천을 부탁드렸는데, 세렌디피티와 씨커라테를 추천해 주셨답니다.
It was burdensome to drink Americano from morning. So I asked the owner to recommend drink, and she recommended 'Serendipity' and 'Seeker Latte'.
세렌디피티는 카페 씨커의 시그니처 커피로 아몬드 크림 커피라고 해요.
Serendipity is Cafe Seeker's signature coffee and is called almond cream coffee.
씨커라테는 귀리 우유가 들어갔다고 했나...
Maybe she said that there make oat milk in the Seeker Latte...
아무튼 우유 블렌딩 카페라테라고 하네요. :)

저는 아침부터 아몬드 크림 커피는 좀 부담스러워서 고소한 씨커라테를 주문했답니다.
I ordered a savory Seeker Latte because I thought almond cream coffee would be a little burdensome from morning.
약을 먹어야 해서 속을 간단히 채울 수 있는 그래놀라 바도 주문을 했어요.
I had to take medicine, so I also ordered a granola bar to fill my stomach.
씨커는 얼리버드 할인 행사를 진행해서 아침 7시~9시 사이에는 커피 30%가 할인돼요.

할인도 해주셨는데 서비스 쿠키까지 챙겨주셨어요.
They gave me a discount and even gave me service cookies.
쿠키는 많이 달지 않고 살짝 목마름이 있는데 커피랑 만났을 때 부드러워져서 잘 어울렸어요.
The cookies weren't too sweet and left me a little thirsty, but when combined with the coffee, they became soft and went well with it.
그래놀라바도 달지 않고 건강한 맛이에요.
The granola bar is not sweet and have a healthy taste.
견과류가 너무 크지 않아 씹기에 편하고 고소해요.
The nuts are not too big, so they are comfortable to chew and savory.
씨커라테는 커피 향이 은은하고 우유가 고소해서 아침부터 부담스럽지 않고 맛있게 마셨어요.
The seeker latte has a subtle coffee aroma and the milk tastes savory, so I enjoyed it in the morning without feeling burdened.
동생 시험이 끝나길 기다리면서 배도 채우고 오랜만에 종이책도 읽으며 시간을 보냈답니다.
While waiting for my brother's exam to finish, I filled my stomach and spent time reading paper books for the first time in a while.
카페 자체가 밝고 노래도 크지 않아서 책을 읽기에 너무 편안한 분위기였어요.
The cafe itself was bright and the music wasn't loud, so it was a very comfortable atmosphere to read a book.
맛있게 싹싹 먹고, 오랜만에 잔잔하게 힐링 타임을 가질 수 있었답니다.
I ate it deliciously and was able to have some calm healing time for the first time in a long time.
그나저나 이 컵과 그릇 너무 귀엽지 않나요? ㅎㅎ

한라대학교 근처에 책 읽기 편안한 곳을 찾거나 아침 일찍부터 연 카페를 찾는다면 카페 씨커seeker를 추천해 봅니다. :)
