남편과 증평에 갈 일이 있어서 갔다가, 저녁으로 오랜만에 순두부찌개를 먹으러 갔어요.

My husband and I went to Jeungpyeong for work, and we went to eat Sundubujjigae(Soft Bean Curd Stew) for dinner for the first time in a long time.

연애하던 때에 몇 번 가봤던 식당인데, 순두부 종류가 다양해서 골라 먹는 재미가 있어요.

This is a restaurant I went to a few times when I was dating, and there are so many differnt types of Sundubujjigae(Soft Bean Curd Stew) that it's fun to choose from.

 

 

저는 갈 때마다 매번 다른 메뉴를 먹어보는데, 이번에는 굴 순두부를 먹었어요.

Every time I go, I try a different menu, but this time I had oyster soft tofu jjigae.

 

남편은 매번 곱창 순두부를 먹는답니다.

My husband eats tripe soft tofu jjigae every time.

 

 

표가네명품순두부 증평점 : 굴 순두부(Oyster Soft Tofu Jjigae)

 

기본 밑반찬은 여섯 가지가 나와요.

There are six basic side dishes.

 

집에서 먹는 느낌이 납니다.

It feels like eating at home.

 

그리고 순두부찌개와 함께 돌솥밥도 나오는데, 사진을 안 찍었네요. ㅠㅠ

Also, Stone pot rice was served along with Soft tofu stew, but I didn't take a picture. TT

 

 

돌솥밥에서 밥을 꺼내 덜어놓은 뒤 물을 붓고, 찌개를 다 먹은 뒤에 누룽지를 먹습니다.

Take the rice out of the stone pot rice, put it out, pour water, and eat nurungji after finishing the Jjigae.

 

고소하니 맛있어서 배가 불러도 바닥까지 박박 긁어먹게 된답니다.

It's so savory and delicious that even if you're full, you'll end up eating it all the way to the bottom.

 

굴 순두부는 국물부터 굴 향이 진해서 얼큰하면서 시원한 맛이 일품이었어요!

Oyster Soft tofu Jjigae had a strong Oyster scent from the stew, so the spicy and cool taste was excellent!

 

사진으로는 안 보이지만 굴도 알이 굵고 많이 들어 있었고요.

You can't see it in the picture, but the oyster were thick and contain a lot.

 

다음에도 굴 순두부를 먹을 것 같아요.

I think I will have oyster soft tofu again next time.

 

 

남편이 주문한 곱창 순두부는 고소한 맛이 진해요.

The tripe soft tofu jjigae my husband ordered has a strong savory taste. 

 

굴 순두부는 국물이 가벼운 느낌이라면, 곱창 순두부는 무거운 느낌이 들어요.

While the oyster soft tofu jjigae feels light, the tripe soft fotu jjigae feels heavy.

 

누린내가 안 나고 맛있어요.

It doesn't have any fishy smell and it's just delicious.
