언젠가부터 잘 때 이를 꽉 무는 습관이 생겨서 턱관절도 아프고 잇몸도 아프기 시작해서 치과에서 스플린트를 제작했어요.

One day, I got into the habit of Teeth grinding when I sleep. So my jaw and gums started to hurt, so I went to the dentist and made stabilization appliance.

 

3개월 정도 착용을 하고 잤는데 무는 습관은 여전히 있지만 턱이나 잇몸의 부담이 확실히 덜 하더라고요.

I slept with it on for about 3 months. I still have a habit of Teeth grinding, but my jaw or gums are less painful.

 

처음부터 이가 조금 눌리는 느낌이 있긴 했는데 최근 들어 아프다는 느낌이 들 정도라서 착용하는 데 괴로울 정도라 착용을 안 했어요.

When I wore the stabilization appliance from the beginning, I felt that my teeth were pressed. But Recently, my teeth have been pressed and I've been feeling worse that it hurts and I've been distressed to wear the stabilization appliance. So I started not wearing it.

 

주말에 계속 일정이 있어서 약 2주 뒤에야 치과를 갈 수 있는데 그 사이에 부담이 갈 턱과 잇몸이 걱정되어서 인터넷 서핑을 하다가 바디로운 이갈이 방지 가드를 구매하게 되었답니다.

I have appointments every weekend, so I can't go to the dentist until two weeks later. But in the meantime, I was worried that my jaw and gums would be hurt due to my teeth grinding, so I bought a "BODYROUN prevent teeth grinding gard" while surfing the Internet.

외국에서 수입해 오는 물건인지 사용 방법이 영어로 되어 있어서 파파고로 번역해서 보았어요.

It's probably an imported product. The instructions were in English, so I translated it into a translation application.

✔️ 약 70도 정도의 뜨거운 물에 제품이 잠기게 넣는다.
✔️ Put the product in hot water of about 70 degrees ️.
✔️ 화상에 주의하며 도구를 이용해 제품을 꺼낸다.
✔️ Pay attention to ️ burns and use tools to take out the product.
✔️ 치아 사이에 제품을 놓고 윗니에 맞추어 끼우고 약하게 문다.
✔️ Put the product between the teeth of the ️, fit it according to the upper teeth, and bite lightly.
✔️ 양손과 혀를 이용하여 제품을 치아에 밀착시킨다.
✔️ Use both hands and tongues to keep the product in close contact with the teeth.

 

 

끓는 물에 넣는 게 아니라 뜨거운 물에 제품을 넣으면 되고,  반복 성형이 가능하기 때문에 성형이 망하더라도 재성형을 하시면 됩니다.

Put the product in hot water instead of directly in boiling water. Repeated molding is possible, so it's okay if it fails.

 

저도 한 다섯 번 만에 성공한 것 같아요. ㅎㅎ

저는 제품을 빨리 굳히고 싶어서 얼음물도 준비했어요.

I also prepared iced water because I wanted to harden the product quickly.

 

물을 끓여 그릇에 붓고 제품을 넣어줍니다.

Boil water, pour it into a bowl, and add the product.

 

약 10~12초 후 꺼내보면 흐물흐물해져 있어요.

If you take it out after about 10 to 12 seconds, it's soft.

 

살짝 끈적거린답니다.

It's a little sticky.

 

살짝 식힌 후에 거울을 보며 이빨에 잘 맞춰 굳히고 얼음물에 냅다 담가버렸어요.

After cooling it slightly, look in the mirror and mold it according to your teeth. I put it in ice water to make it harden faster.

 

 

 

 

한 다섯 번 만에 성공한 모양새입니다. ㅎㅎ

It seems to have succeeded after about five attempts. lol

 

처음 착용했을 때는 이상한 맛? 향? 이 나고 딱 맞게 고정되지 않아서 불안했는데 오히려 저는 이게 편하더라고요. 

When I first put it on, it tasted weird. And I was anxious because it didn't fit perfectly. But now it's comfortable.

 

아직 몇 번 착용을 안 해서 그럴 수도 있지만 우선 치과에 가기 전까지 잘 써보고 이후 후기도 아래에 남겨보겠습니다. :)

Maybe it's because I haven't worn it a few times yet. First, I'll use it well before I go to the dentist. And I'll leave another review on this post later.
