친한 언니·오빠 커플과 오랜만에 율량동에서 만났어요.
I met a close couple after a long time in Yulnyang-dong.
보통 저희에게 식당을 정할 기회를 주셔서 그동안 가보고 싶었던 가게인 향설뼈구이를 골랐어요.
They usually gave us the opportunity to choose a restaurant, so we chose 향설뼈구이, a store we've been wanting to go to.
신랑과 둘이 가려고 했을 땐 대기가 길었는데, 이번에는 다행히 대기 없이 들어갈 수 있었답니다!
When my husband and I tried to go, there was a long wait, but fortunately this time we were able to get in without waiting!

📌 메뉴(Menu) : 소금 뼈 구이, 양념 뼈 구이, 폭탄 계란찜(Grilled salt bones, grilled seasoned bones, steamed bomb eggs)
가게가 아주 넓은 편이 아니라 손님이 많을 경우 대기 시간이 길어질 수 있어요.
The store is not very spacious, so if there are a lot of customers, the waiting time may be long.
5~6테이블 정도 있었던 것 같아요!
I think there were about 5 or 6 tables!

메뉴가 사진으로 잘 안 보이는 것 같아서 네이버 지도에서 좀 훔쳐 와봤습니다.(?)

맑은 뼈 전골도 궁금하지만 우선 뼈구이로 고고
I'm curious about the ppyeo jeongol(pork backbone hot pot) , but I'll try the bone grill first.
향설뼈구이 : 소금 뼈 구이, 양념 뼈 구이, 폭탄 계란찜(Grilled salt bones, grilled seasoned bones, steamed bomb eggs)
기본 상차림은 간단한 편이에요.
The basic table setting is rather simple.
양배추 샐러드와 무절임? 그리고 쌈무과 콩나물국!
Cabbage salad and White Radish Jangajji(pickled radish)? And Ssammu (Pickled Radish Paper for Ssam) and bean sprout soup!
이 콩나물국이 정말 맛있었어요.
This bean sprout soup was really delicious.
정말 개운하고 시원해서 소주가 달더라고요.
It's really refreshing and refreshing, so the soju is sweet.
대망의 뼈 구이!
The long-awaited grilled bone!
양념과 소금 2인분씩 주문했더니 산처럼 쌓여서 서빙되었어요.
I ordered two servings of seasoning and salt, and they were served piled up like a mountain.
근데 아무래도 뼈가 더 많겠거니 싶어서 양이 부족할 수 있겠다고 생각했는데 웬걸?
But I thought there would be more bones, so I thought there might be insufficient amount, but what?
잘 먹는 남자 둘도 배부르다고 할 정도였어요. ㅎㅎ
Even two men who eat well said they were full. lol
(배부르다며 2차에서 안주를 1차처럼 먹은 건 비밀;)
(It's a secret that you ate it like the first snack in the second round because you said you were full.)
그리고 고기는 엄청 부드럽게 잘 발라지고 간이 너무 잘 배서 소금도 담백하게 맛있었어요.
And the meat was very tender and well seasoned, and the salt was light and delicious.
그렇지만 역시 양념이 너무 맛있었어요!
But as expected, the seasoning was so delicious!
다음에 가게 된다면 양념으로만 먹을 것 같아요!!
If I go there next time, I think I'll only eat it with seasoning!!
그리고 폭탄 계란찜도 엄청 포슬포슬 부드러워서 보통 매운맛에도 매워하는 맵찔이들에게 생명수처럼 달았답니다. ㅎㅎ
And the bomb steamed egg custard was so fluffy and soft that it was like a lifesaver for spicy eaters who normally find spicy food too spicy. lol
다 먹고 계산하고 나오면 휴대용 구강청결제까지 챙겨주는 센스까지!
They even have the good sense to bring you a portable mouthwash after you finish eating and paying!
맛도 좋고 서비스까지 완벽한 향설뼈구이!

그냥 식사하러 가기에도 좋지만, 술 한 잔 1차로 가기에 정말 좋은 곳이에요.
It's a great place to just go for a meal, but it's also a great place to go for a drink.
다음엔 신랑과 둘이 오붓하게 데이트하러 다녀와야겠어요. ㅎㅎ
